A primary objective of The Ecclesiastical Court for the Kingdom of David is to form a comprehensive, robust, and dynamic judicial system that raises the integrity of Law to the highest level available at this time on Planet Earth.
The intention of the Kingdom Courts that together comprise The Ecclesiastical Court for the Kingdom of David is to bring together the most advanced principles of Law and Equity that have evolved through centuries of jurisprudence in the advancement of judicial procedures that first and foremost best protect the integrity of D’Vida Private Society and the Members thereof, and adopt all such into the Law Form of the Kingdom. These principles are set forth to achieve a forum for judicial proceedings that protect and preserve the rights and liberties of the People, that preserve the integrity of the Land and the stewards thereof, and that provide a jurisdictional venue where justice and liberty can be accessed and achieved, and where equitable interests and beneficial rights are preserved and protected.
Numerous maxims based upon the principles of Equity – known collectively as the Maxims of Equity – have evolved over the long history of jurisprudence. The Maxims of Equity will be fundamental to the application of judicial procedures within the D’Vida Private Society judicial system. The Ecclesiastical Court for the Kingdom of David recognizes the Maxims of Equity and has adopted these as the Kingdom of David Maxims of Equity, as enumerated below.
